Following the Blog by E-mail
One way to easily stay up-to-date and know when new posts are added is to
"Follow by E-mail." The steps are simple.
1. In the box on the right side of the screen, type the e-mail address that you would like updates sent to. Hit "Submit." A pop-up screen will notify you that an e-mail is being sent to the address you typed in.
2. Go to your e-mail account. In the inbox, you will receive an e-mail instructing you to verify that you truly do want e-mail updates. Confirm this e-mail per the e-mail instructions.
That's it!
From then on you will receive an e-mail notification with a link to the blog letting you know when a new post has been added.
To Unsubscribe: If at any time you decide you no longer would like e-mail notification, you can simply hit the "Unsubscribe" button at the bottom of any e-mail notification and it will remove you from the e-mail list.
How (and what) to Comment
Sometimes we are unable to express our comments during the lesson, whether due to time restraints or other reasons. Fortunately, the blog template allows us to add comments under each post. We'd like to encourage sisters--if they feel impressed--to write a comment about the lesson material with the correlating post.
Comments should give additional insight about a particular quote or information from the lesson; or comments should re-emphasize a particular part of the lesson that you felt inspiring that was left out of the lesson summary.
As with all comments--verbal or written--they should stay within the limits of Church doctrine. Any comment not pertaining to the lesson, offensively written, or otherwise unfit with Church standards will not be published.
To comment: Click the "comment" button at the bottom of the post. Type your comment in the box labeled "Leave your Comment." You can then select to an "Identity" for your post. If you have Gmail, choose to be identified by your e-mail address and login in when prompted. If you have an e-mail account other than Gmail, choose the "Anonymous" option; however, be certain to always write your name at the end of your comment. Then click the orange "Publish your comment" button.
You will then see a note at the top of the comments page stating, "Your comment has been saved and will be visible after blog owner approval."
Once a member of the RS Presidency has reviewed the comment, they will upload the comment onto the blog to be visible to all readers.

I love this blogspot for the 3rd ward. I do not have Facebook which means I cannot access the 3rd ward Facebook. I can now stay informed through this blog.
Sister Barber gave an excellent lesson today about how we can accomplish many great things in our life and because of the grace of God, if we do our part while on earth we will receive exaltation. Gina Snyder
